Oct. 5, 1941 Was ordered to retreat to Vyazma region being a part of 16th Army. (At front line was replaced by 20th Army troops.)
  Encircled in a swampy region near Kostery village. The group leaded by HQ head Panasjuk managed to break the circle, and Commander Kirillov's group fell in battle
