New Photo of Abraham Lincoln’s Son, Tad

Recently, a photograph of Abraham and Mary Lincoln’s mischievous son Thomas, better known as Tad, was acquired by the Abraham Lincoln Museum and Library in Springfield, Illinois. The colorized image, previously unseen by the public, is believed to have been taken by Matthew Brady. It was acquired  from the Robert E. Myers, Jr., Trust of St. Louis.
