International WWII Conference 2005

From October 5 through October 9, 2005, historians, World War II veterans and other participants from all over the world will gather in New Orleans, Louisiana to discuss the evolution and implications of World War II thought and writings over the last 60 years.

Visitors are invited to attend one of the largest, most significant World War II conferences to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the end of World War II. Historians, World War II veterans and other participants from all over the world will gather to discuss World War II thought and writings over the last 60 years. Presentations are accessible to all levels of personal and professional interests in World War II and will be commensurate with audience interaction. You will meet Medal of Honor recipients, "Rosie the Riveters", foreign resistance fighters, distinguished veterans, journalists and historians.
