Diplomatic Deliberations Just Before Desert Storm – New Info

Newly declassified transcripts give details of diplomatic deliberations between the U.S., the Soviet Union and Saddam Hussein that occurred in the final four days before the land war portion of the First Gulf War began in February 1991.
