Armada 2526 Expansion Announced

Matrix Games and Ntronium Games have announced they are working on the first expansion to Armada 2526, Armada 2526: Supernova. To mark the announcement of the upcoming expansion, a new trailer and a pack of screenshots have been released. David Heath, Director of Operations at Matrix Games, said “There are so many exciting new features packed into Armada 2526: Supernova. This expansion is about as dense with rich new gameplay as a neutron star, including the ability to square off against friends via multiplayer! Here you have a 4X space strategy game for the ages, don’t miss it!” Supernova will add new star and planet types to discover, as well as more than 30 special features to make each star system distinctive. Players may encounter tachyon storms, psychic plants, primitives or find abandoned alien technology that advances your own research.
