National WWII Museum Looking for a Few Good Gamemasters

Gerald D. Swick

Heat of Battle, the miniatures gaming convention hosted inside the National World War II Museum in New Orleans, can still use a few more people to run games. This year’s event, Heat of Battle IV, will be August 13 – 15, and the program goes to press July 21, so contact the organizers soon if you want to run a game at this unique convention. Click here if you are interested in running a game.

Gaming continues after hours in the convention hotel nearby.

Saturday, August 14, the museum will feature special programs in celebration of the 65th anniversary of V-J Day, so Pacific War–themed games are especially welcome.

The museum also has a special exhibit that will be open during the convention, "Loyal Forces: Animals in World War II."
