Taking Armchair General Magazine to Normandy

Last year I picked up your May 2004 issue on the D-Day invasion. I kept it for a resource if I ever had a chance to visit the battlefields. I am currently over in France and the magazine came with me, what great maps and stories. I attached a picture of me in front of the 1st US Infantry Division Monument overlooking Omaha Beach holding the Armchair General tour map.

Napoleon: Champion of Human Rights Article Question

I read with interest your article “Napoleon: A champion of Human Rights” (no author) in the July 2005 edition of Armchair General. It was my understanding that the only knowledge of the proclamation was the publication of the contents in a Paris newspaper/magazine. Do you know if there is a copy of the proclamation in existence?
